After using everything else under the sun, this stuff actually works - but you have to follow the application instructions. The moles hate the taste and do not return like how you would not return to a bad restaurant.

As far as the oil goes, I think it is what it is. I'm using it now, and observing the results. The reason for the 3 star review is the green cap seemed to have been deadbolted onto the bottle. I could not get that thing off to save my life. It wasn't just fixed tightly, it was impossible to get loose. I tried a silicone grip, I tried a wrench. I resorted to a knife, and I had to wedge the point between the cap and the plastic of the bottle. Frustrating doesn't do it justice.

**update**: the seller reached out and kindly offered a refund. This is above and beyond customer service and is greatly appreciated. As my original review stated, this just wasn't the product for my situation, but certainly could help others. I never leave reviews, unless I get extremely good service. I could not get the lid off which I saw somebody else was complaining about in a review. There's an 800 number on the container which I called. Voicemail advised me that everyone was helping customers and to send a text. I had a response back in less than 2 minutes from Anne telling me how to get the lid off. Which I will post here in hopes that it helps someone.. FYI, I had to use all of the steps plus wide mouth pliers. The wide mouth pliers did not work on their own. I am hoping the product works as good as the customer service. :)Good afternoon! Thanks for your message. Here are some tips you could try:-Run hot (not boiling) water over the lid for 30–60 seconds. This can expand the plastic slightly and loosen the seal.-Use a rubber jar opener, thick rubber glove, or even a rubber band wrapped tightly around the lid for extra grip without damage.-Firmly tap the lid’s edges on a hard surface or gently knock it with the handle of a butter knife to break any seal.-Turn the container upside down and tap it against your palm or a padded surface. Sometimes the pressure changes can loosen it.Hope these helps!
