My mixer stopped functioning within 3 months of purchase. There is a firm you've got to fill to avail customer service or call a number and then leave a voice message! I did both and then someone from agaro called me the other day and asked for invoice and video evidence on his WhatsApp number. I did both but the message wasn't even seen for 24 hours! I called the next day and the call was declined twice and the person wrote me a text asking me to "wait" as he was "on meeting" My quest for proper redressal continues. Stay away from Agaro!

Very bad quality rubber parts which literally disintegrate even with little and careful usage . Look at the pictures.Not recommended at all. l hope my review disuades anyone thinking of buying it.

The product I received is very very bad. I have hardly used it for 2 to three occasions and the mixer grinder machine has stopped working. From the first time rubber chunks started to come out. I am using my old bajaj mixer since 2015 on a daily basis without any complaints but AGARO Mixer Grinder is A BAD BUY. I am requesting the Seller through this to please resolve the issue and help me. Thank you

My machine stopped working within less than 1 year of purchase . As soon as I registered the Complaint with AGARO over there Toll Free no. I got am immediate response from them and my new machine was received within 4 days of the virtual verification. Thank you Shankar from AGARO for assisting me.
