Good computer for the price
The media could not be loaded. I've been looking for a computer for my aspiring software-developing son; I was skeptical of this one for the price and name - I'd never heard of Acemagic before, but after getting it and playing around with it, I have to say, I'm really impressed.I first installed a few design programs like Photoshop, Premier and Illustrator - it handled them without any issue. It'll also handle VEXcode V5, ROBOTC and Arduino, but there's not really a computer that won't - it does run Unreal engine nicely too. I then moved on to engineering programs like Inventor, Revit and Maya - again, no issues but I was running low on space. Finally I moved on to the big ones I ran some fight simulators like Microsoft flight sim 10, Ansys STK, Open Rocket, Aery32, Matlab, and Stary CCM+ without a hiccup.I was really impressed though when I installed Hogwarts, Skyrim, Fallout 4, and Subnautica and ran them at full spec (you do need to make sure you've installed the latest AMD graphics driver though).I currently have 3 monitors attached to it now and I was finally able to get Revit to crash while running Chrome, hogwarts and Revit at the same time - but it sure took some doing. But like I said, I've run a lot of programs on this computer and didn't run into any compatibility issues or graphic issues; I did have to work around the storage issues (it's only .5 TB) so I'll be working on that next. The frame is also a bit shaky and flimsy - it seems to be made from aluminum, but it's a bit thin and you may want to be careful transporting it in a backpack. This was priced at $1500 with a discount that brought it down to $599 and an additional 20% off coupon bringing it to a little less than $500 with tax. It's a great value for the money and I liked it so much, I bought another one the other day.

Missing Power Adapter
I recently purchased this laptop, excited to upgrade my work setup. The product description clearly stated that it included a power adapter. However, when I opened the package, I was dismayed to find that the power adapter was missing. While the laptop itself seems to be of good quality (from what I can tell without being able to turn it on), the absence of such a crucial component is a major inconvenience. I had planned to set up and start using my new laptop immediately, but instead, I'm left with an unusable device and the hassle of contacting customer service.I'm giving this one star not because of the laptop's potential performance, but due to the incomplete package and the frustration it has caused. It's disappointing that such an oversight occurred with a premium product.I hope Amazon and the manufacturer can address this issue promptly. For now, I'd caution other buyers to double-check their packages immediately upon receipt.

Birthday Present WIN! Excellent Gaming Computer.
The media could not be loaded. Just in time for Summer and my son's 11th birthday, this laptop is exactly what I was looking for. The storage, refresh, graphics and sound are perfect for gaming. My kids are off school and love to play group/LAN games, and I wanted something lightweight and portable enough to move out of my office if necessary, but without compromising quality. Though it is technically my son's, I have also used it for Zoom and to do some extra work while we were on a weekend trip. I love that there is WhatsApp customer service available in case we should need it, as well. A computer is an investment and after researching which to add to the family collection, this one checks all of the boxes. Definitely like the C-type charger for convenience, as well.

Only for basic use or simulators.
Despite the description of its capabilities, it is lackluster at best. I kept on losing frames in ALL the PC games I would log into. The only games that can be played are all online simulators. For some odd reason, I would have to restart my computer to get less than average frames. The only reason it doesn't get 1 star is because it's a decent computer by itself.

Not quite 'gaming' laptop
Decent little computer if you get it on sale. It's not quite what I would call gaming as there's no dedicated GPU and anything demanding won't play worth a thing. But if you want to play Minecraft, Roblox and maybe fortnite it'll do the job decently enough with 16 gigs of RAM and a quality CPU with built in AMD graphics.

Runs Fusion 360!
I use Fusion 360 software to design projects for my 3d printer. I didn't want to spend over a thousand for a computer that I only use occasionally. Despite being just barely powerful enough to run the software, it's perfect for my needs. It easily surpasses my other cheap laptop which I mainly use for email and internet surfing. I'm not smart enough to say what qualities it possesses that makes it able to run the software. I bought it after searching for laptops that can run Fusion 360 and got lucky.

I downloaded the stuff i needed to run my game. It was extremely slow downloading and had to wait several times for itIt was so slow that I hit the downloaded button again several times and ended up with several copies of the software. Not happy

Love it!
I’ve had this for over 2 months now and all I can say is it’s a great product. For the price you can’t beat it! Storage is low but an external hard drive can help with that. Performance so for is great, for the value you can’t really complain! And the screen quality is perfect!
