A well presented good read and would make a good present. But not cheap. Not something that you could get your teeth into as it is very a very short quick read. It would have benefited from having a contents page so you could more easily locate a car you wanted to refer back to.

Very quick arrival. Good value for money

Latest in my collection of "Car We Loved in the ....." series. Really lovely little book full of period photographs. I loved the one of the Lady in her suit and hat demonstrating that "cleaning out your car's interior suddenly wasn't such a chore" with the new (1949) Hoover Dustette on the upholstery of a very grand Daimler (or similar). Fascinating to dip into to bring back motoring memories. Also lots of information and facts that I had even forgotten or never known. A great buy whether you are a car enthusiast or just want to look back in time. Giles Chapman has again put together a great read.

For younger readers, this will illustrate how cars and their manufacturers have progressed over time. It also gives those who remember the original cars, a nostalgic read or browse. It has a great range of cars inside and has faithfully portrayed them well.Good little stocking filler.
