Ultrahuman Ring Worth the Purchase!
Super pleased with the ultrahuman ring, the stats are so accurate and it really helps me to understand my body more. The charging speed is super quick so if it is ever low of power it doesn’t take very low at all to charge it. The battery life is great it’s lasted me 5 days before I’ve needed to charge it. Since wearing it for a nearly a couple of weeks now it’s become so comfy and I couldn’t be happier with it! If you’re stuck between choosing this or the Oura ring definitely choose the ultrahuman it’s way better and so worth the money I’m so so pleased.

I'm sure it a great product if it works
Update 1st ring did not work. 3 weeks for replacement which worked really well, until it broke.3rd ring got sent to Denmark, I live in Ireland. They tried to convince me It had been delivered. Now 30 plus days waiting they are saying 5-10 working days, Amazon say 4 days for a new one. Struggling to get them to give a refund now...Good ring when it works, customer service sucks...Bought it on prime day, delivered within 48hours. Ring didn't work on arrival.Ultra human customer support gave me a number of options to try to resolve the issue. Nothing worked, so they offered to replace it in 7-10 working days, once it shipped.2 days later, I still haven't received the email to say it's shipped, so now we're looking at 9-12 days in delivery from the manufacturer, but a third party seller, (Amazon) can get one to me in less than 48 hours. If your going to charge, that price for your product The least you could do is pay for express delivery when your product doesn't work.Over 8 hours with two customer service representatives to be told their tech guys can't fix the problem and they'll replace in. Still waiting, will update review if and when I receive a working ring

Good for sleep tracking
I’ve been using the UltraHuman Ring for a while now and have really enjoyed it, especially for sleep tracking — the data feels detailed, insightful, and genuinely useful for improving my rest. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I find myself checking the sleep insights almost every morning. However, the exercise tracking is noticeably inaccurate, and I’ve seen this issue mentioned quite a lot by other users as well. It often underestimates activity, which makes it less reliable for fitness monitoring. This is a pretty big flaw for anyone wanting a well-rounded health tracker, and I really hope UltraHuman prioritizes improving this in future updates.Overall, fantastic for sleep data, but exercise tracking still needs serious refinement, as well as connectivity issues.

Data on your finger!
I love all things data and have been using the Ultrahuman ring for over a week now. I do love my Apple Watch but I fear that it lacks real insight into my body. What truly stands out is the data depth. The Ultrahuman app delivers a massive range of insights with an impressive level of detail. From sleep quality to metabolic health and stress levels, the ring doesn’t just tell you what’s happening—it tells you why. And it all syncs effortlessly with my phone, so I’m never more than a few taps away from understanding how my body is doing. The Caffeine Window: Game-ChangerOne of the most underrated yet great features is the caffeine window. Using real-time circadian rhythm data and your recovery metrics, the ring tells you the ideal time to start and stop caffeine each day, with recommendations of drinks to have. I’ve found this to be a game-changer for improving my sleep onset and overall recovery. It’s the kind of detail that feels small at first—but has a huge impact.Sleep Insights: Deep and ActionableSleep tracking on the Ring is in a league of its own. It goes beyond just REM and deep sleep tracking—it gives insights into sleep latency, HRV trends during sleep, skin temperature, and even subtle changes in resting heart rate that correlate with your recovery and stress. The app doesn’t just report this—it interprets it, so you actually understand what needs improvement.Stress Monitoring: A Daily CompassThe stress features are something I now rely on throughout the day. With real-time stress level detection based on HRV and other biosignals, the ring gives me a live reading of how my nervous system is responding to work, workouts, and life. The moment it starts trending high, I know when to pause, breathe, or adjust—before I hit burnout. It’s like having a stress thermostat on your finger.Compact and Always With MeThe form factor deserves praise too. It’s lightweight, doesn’t get in the way of workouts or sleep, and doesn’t need charging every day. Yet, it packs in all the sensors to deliver rich data continuously while looking good on my finger. Combined with the beautifully designed app interface, all this power lives in my pocket and doesn’t demand extra time or effort to engage with.Overall, I highly recommend an Ultrahuman ring and can’t wait to see all the updates the Ultrahuman team will bring out.
