These are large softgels vs tablets of magnesium oxide
These are huge softgels. They are easy for me to swallow but may not be right for someone who has difficulty swallowing pills or capsules. I was put on these post-surgery. My last lab results were good, so I can only assume that these softgels are working just fine. I would enclose a picture of the softgel but I finished the last one before submitting this review.

One of my favorite Mg supplements
Magnesium is one of the most important supplements I take, and I take three different types. It helps with vision, brain fog, regular elimination and more. Will definitely be re-ordering.

These are very large softgels.
Specifically chose softgels because I have trouble swallowing. I think the photo shows that they are 3/4" - they are actually 1 1/8" - large! But I was able to swallow it today.

A Supplement that I needed in my Daily Routine
I Have Nothing but Good Thoughts and Opinions about these Sundance Magnesium 400mg Softgels. So far I Can Feel a Significant amount of differences in my body. Since I have been taking them I am experiencing less muscle cramps in my legs due to prior issues. As well as they have been helping me to feel more calmer and relaxed. I even sleep much easier through the night. Another Good Experience that I have had is a Regular and Consistent Bowl Movement every morning with No Problems. ( No More constipation issues ) Overall this is a Very Good Supplement that has Many Different Benefits and Uses. The tablets are on the larger side but they’re easy to shallow.

Maximum RDA
The pills are quite large, so be advised of that. The National Academy of Sciences' (NAS) Food and Nutrition Board sets and updates the Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDAs). Currently, it's 400-420 milligrams (mg) per day for men, and 310-320 mg per day for women. Taking more than you need of any vitamin can cause serious side effects, so you should always discuss supplements you take with your doctor. This helps relax me for sleep, but I don't take it every day, because I'm not deficient in magnesium.
