This set of 2 wire twisters is a great idea and really seems like decent enough quality. The only problem is that they are both the same size and don’t work on orange connections. My husband went to use one connecting up a normal outdoor porch light with smaller wires, and these were just too big. So unless you have a lot of thicker wires to connect, they aren’t going to be real helpful. But if they would just make a smaller size, they would be great to avoid hand fatigue twisting tough wires together! Great idea just not quite the right size!

This wire twister definitely helps with installing things like light fixtures and ceiling fans. Once attached to your drill, this helps quickly and securely twist all your wires together in no time and makes it much easier than doing it by hand or with pliers. The bits themselves are made from plastic so I do not know how long they will hold up for, but it helped me cut down a lot of time in remodeling our new house, so I definitely recommend it!

The older I get the harder it is to grip pliers with my arthritis and twist wires. This makes it easier as you only need to strip the wires and put them into the tool with a twist cap and let it twist for you. A lot easier even if you have a few wires to wire up.Definitely would recommend these. Being plastic, not sure how they will hold up but if treated with care they should last a long time.

Drill powered wire twister, novel idea to say the least. Handy gizmo, and does get the job done, most of the time. But, and here’s a big but, handy?? But is it practical? I personally don’t see myself going through the hassle of carrying a drill along with my kit just to twist wires. Wire nut does the same easy enough. So in ending does this do what it is described to do, yes. Does it do it well, yes. Do I ever see myself after I am done this test using it again, doubtful.

These wire nut/connector twisters are great for saving some finger/hand strain. Instead you use your drill, but be sure to control it and not over tighten. It's better using a drill that the speed can be controlled through the trigger. It really just needs a slow twist until you feel a good resistance.You get 2 of the same size, just different color, they fit mostly yellow and red wire connectors. I wish they sent one large and one small so you can use different sizes. But I guess it's the larger wires that really need these. The smaller ones are not too bad to twist by hand. Overall very happy with these and will be a staple in the wire tool box!

these seem to be pretty brittle plastic, so I can't honestly say I am expecting much of these, but if they hold up for a while, I would consider them to be a great price for what you get. 4 stars for now, as they seem to be working well so far, but it'll go up or down depending on what happens.
