Verakare ITM5850 Advanced Heat and Massage Inversion Table

Very solid and useful inversion table that gives heat and massage to your sore back. The covering is sturdy as well as the rest of the unit so you don't feel insecure when you're using it. It's very easy to strap your ankles in with the simple push of a button and pull of a bar for tension. Tilt is easily adjustable without tools also. It also folds for storage in smaller spaces. Very nice table.

Amazing experience, so far. Slight bolt/thread misalignments on the backrest complicated the assembly, but it was worth the effort for the result. Got it set up with perfect center of gravity and pad/body alignment so I can literally balance horizontally and even do stretches there, then just lower myself slowly by moving my arms to shift the COG. Have gone up to 3, so far (second day), little delicious cracks, and no negatives other than the heating/massage pad was too big to be comfy, so I removed it. Easy mount/dismount. Nicely-conceived design. Got an amazing shiatsu pillow to help with spasms, too. Bob and Brad. Genius. Enjoy. :)

I was pleasantly surprised with this table. I was uncertain about the heat and massage pad, but I actually really like that you can take it on and off and use it elsewhere. Table took a bit to put together but not bad. Works just as expected and helped my low back pain after just a few uses

Excellent inversion table, exceeded my expectations. It would be easy for someone with upper body strength to put together (I am weak in that area :) but overall easy to assemble. Works as advertised.

Run to get this. Needed it for a back issue. Was out of commission so my 17 year old son put it together for me. Great for stretching the back. I’m taking the angle levels slow to get adjusted to how it feels. The back warmer is awesome.

Easy installation, very pleased with the quality.

Great table. Took some time to put together, but definitely worth it! After using this a few times my husband and I can feel the pressure being relieved off of our lower back's. This has helped with sciatica pain as well. I recommend using the message and heat also!
