Does the job
Worked perfectly for what I needed. I upgraded to a Lithium battery in my car hauler and it was larger than the lead acid. I was able to add a little voltage meter to the lid as well. Battery is well protected and secure in what could be a rough area.

Great box for gate battery
Bought this for a marine battery at our driveway gate. The two I bought from two different auto parts stores failed. Clips broke after two months, lid started leaking, they were not well built. I tried this one and the overall construction is better. The lid locks closed. It’s vented in a manner where the biz doesn’t fill up with water when it rains.Strongly recommend for this application

Well built and designed
Great box but the self tapping screws aren't unless it is plastic you are going through. Otherwise it is well made, secure and plenty of room to run the cables.

Great quality battery box.
This is a great box. My other box on the camper was not big enough for the battery. This box is made of good quality material and supports the battery well. We have taken it on a few trips, and it is holding up very well. I am very happy with it.
