I bought this to replace my old plastic ones. This XL one is a great size very functional! Great price. It's perfect for my countertop food prep. Feels thick and sturdy. It's hand wash only, as all wood cutting boards are.So far holding up nicely. I like the natural color; pretty aesthetic addiction to my kitchen while being safer and healthier for my family. Win-win.

Got this set not too long ago and I love them! It’s very easy to use/cut on — which doesn’t leave any cut marks from knives. The liquid catcher around the perimeter of them is very helpful and functions as advertised. They feel like high quality material and yet lightweight. I have granite countertops and they slip SLIGHTLY when using them but nothing to complain about truly.In the photo the left side of the large board is wet NOT A STAIN. So far nothing I’ve used has stained them.

Great cutting boards! Durable, lightweight, and everything you want from a cutting board! There may be a learning curve if it’s your first wood cutting board but don’t let that deter you!

If you are thinking about purchasing this product I will give you some helpful advice on how to evaluate previous reviews to determine if this is the right cutting board (set) for you. Sort them by rating high to low. Once you have done this you will be looking at a list of how people take care of their kitchen items from "very careful" to "it should just work without maintenance".If you own knives you probably understand that they aren't just always going to be sharp. Cutting on certain surfaces will dull them. Using a knife block can dull them. They require sharpening and care. Sure some will last longer and keep their edge better due to their quality, but you need to care about what you own and put in some effort at keeping your items in good shape so they will do what you purchased them for.The reason I say all of this is because I purchased these expecting all sorts of problems. I expected splinters and separation of the bamboo pieces. Know what I found? A decent quality cutting board that requires a certain level of care to keep in good shape. While I think it is possible that a few bad ones left the factory, the number of problems people are having with these lead me to believe that they aren't being oiled and/or they are being submerged and allowed to absorb water. I'm not going to say this is the finest cutting board on the market, but I do think that a lot of the hate is misplaced. I have now been using these for a couple of weeks and they have performed flawlessly. I really think that this is a solid 4 star set. Is it easy to clean? Well it is wood so no it isn't as easy to clean as glass. Is it sturdy? Again, it is made up of pieces of bamboo so it probably isn't as sturdy as a solid board would be. Craftsmanship? I don't think this was made by a craftsman who cares what he is shipping out the door. I haven't experienced splintering so far and it feels well made but it is a mass produced product so I don't think it earns 5 stars there either.Ultimately this is a good set that presents an incredible value if you are in the market for bamboo boards. I cook for my family at home and I plan on taking care of these so they will serve me well. It comes with care instructions and everyone who purchases these would be well served by reading them. I doubt they will win any awards or be used in any top kitchens around the world, but they are a good set and a great value.

These bamboo cutting boards are game changer. The variety in sizes makes it easy to pick and choose for what you need to cut. They are slip resistant and very durable so far (have had them for a month). We don't put in the dishwasher so they aren't splintering. Thickness is good too. Recommend buying if you're looking for a wood cutting board.

Bought these cutting boards to get rid of old plastic ones that aren’t good for use. Love the color of the wood and they are good quality and durable.

Love the three different sizes and quick cleanup. Easily stored.

Pretty good. They do last for years. We use them several times per day. After a few years, they one warped a bit and one got some black stuff on the corner (maybe mold).For the price and the usage frequency and considering a general level of abuse (leaving them wet, occasional diswasher), they have done well!
