All I can say is OMG!!!! Soooo, I’ve detoxed and cleansed before so I know about die off symptoms so I was prepared. I have been feeling super sluggish and I knew I was over due for a cleanse which is why I bought the Maju mineral Replenish (Sea Moss, black seed, shelajit, sea salt). So I took it and about an hour later OMG, I panicked and thought the lions mane mushrooms must have me floating and higher than a kite. Then my stomach started bubbling, feet and hands started tingling, started getting hot flashes and thought I was going to die. I went to the toilet and everything including the kitchen sink came out. After that I was fine. I went to bed and woke up the next day- Energized… like I was on speed without the shakes. He he he (I’m caffeine sensitive, so this is important to me) It was amazing. I told myself I was going to toughen it out and continue taking for 5 more days and if the same reaction happens, I’m done! Took it again the next day and nothing happened. I was actually torn between being excited that I can continue taking it or thinking I know there’s more gunk in me. Is this it??? (I started lite, 1 pill a day because of my sensitivity.) Today is day 2 and I’m going to continue because nothing happened. I’m going to take 1 pill a day for a week. Then next week up it to 2 pills a day. Guys, drink a lot of water with this. If you have never cleansed, please google parasites and die off symptoms. Like, have you ever poured salt on a slug in your flower garden? Image what’s happening in our body taking the sea salt and all the little slugs in our body reacting???!!!! Get up, use the bathroom, drink TONS of water and maybe add a binder - I always keep activated charcoal around. Which, you may not need with all the ingredients in it- I need to research and see if there’s already a binder in it. Don’t get scared of the detox/die off symptoms. Mine usually only last about 3 days. I will come back and update and keep everyone posted. This is great!!!

I’m a big fan of sea moss and use it almost daily, but I prefer the gel for its convenience. These capsules are a good fallback option when I run out of gel or need an easy source of minerals. They’re effective and feel like a natural multivitamin, but with several other capsules in my routine, adding more feels like too much. Great to have on hand, but not my first choice.

I bought this product in the hopes of it helping with my energy level. Normally its a struggle for me to wake up and get out of bed in the morning, but after day 2 of taking the product, I noticed I just woke up feeling ready to get on with my day. I also noticed I did not feel the usual urge to nap later on in the day. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with low energy/fatigue issues.

I had no idea these would cause so much heartburn! ❤️‍🔥 I decided to give this product a try because of the possible relief of joint pain. Now, it smells exactly like seaweed so it is overwhelmingly fishy. Once I get past that, I struggle to swallow the large capsule. I suggest you hold your nose and swallow it quickly. It taste awful so, again, go fast. This would be hard to use if you’re elderly or have a hard time with odors, large capsules, or are a texture/taste issue. I find no value in these as the bottle is less than half full. Also, they use that extra cotton that typically doesn’t make it into the recycling ♻️ bin. We are very earth conscious and sustainability is of utmost importance. I mean really, that could add 60 more capsules in this large plastic bottle. That’s my truth.. that’s all

I was able to get the expected benefots from each of the ingredients. This gave me strength, gut support, immune support, joint support and my muscles and bone never felt better! It has already been added to my purchase again list.

First of all, I don't know why this product have this many 5 star reviews.... I took one every day for over a month and all it did is cause stomach pain and that's it, MIGHT have helped soften bowl movements but that's it, nothing more if not less, better off sticking to a healthier diet
