I purchased these resistance bands for my yoga for healthy aging class. It is mostly women in their 50s 60s and 70s. These bands have been great. They are strong enough to give a basic challenge, but still useable by everyone. The fact that the colors make sense is very useful, the lighter color is a lighter weight of resistance. I also love the included exercise idea chart. And the fact that they come in a sturdy storage bag is wonderful. One of my best purchases lately. Also, a great value. Thank you for such a a well designed and useful product.

I like the the bands I like the feel of them compared to others, I’am impress. Its has Durability, Stretchiness, and color tell you the different strengths. I use it to strengthen my body.

Not only are these cute, but they come with a small drawstring bag for easy storage and an exercise guide which shows you different ways to use the bands. I also love that they come in a variety of strengths/sizes and with labels so you won’t get confused.

Purchased because they were cheaper then TheraBand. TheraBands are better, but these bands work. The texture is very different from their expensive competitors. I don’t know how to explain other than they remind me of the texture of Bubble Yum. Obviously, I haven’t chewed the bands, but when stretching the bands they remind me of the texture of the soft gum (not sticky though). They are stretchy, but not as springy as TheraBands. They are just a different feel, but they have been working in our stretching classes. I love the colors! For the cost savings, they are worth trying!

bought these while im recovering from a double mastectomy. prefect to keep blood flowing and tension on the muscles. as a weight lifter its important for me to stay motivated and these really help.

I ordered these for some new at-home physical therapy exercises I was given. I was excited to find some bands in non-standard color options, and the colors on the purple set match the product pictures. They arrived quickly, were efficiently packaged without unnecessary waste, and come with a drawstring storage pouch. The quality seems good and I expect them to hold up as well as the name brand versions. It feels like the lightest/easiest band might offer a tad more resistance that the lightest band of other brands (often yellow), but the set offers a pretty good range of low to medium resistance for rehabilitative exercises and beginner fitness. They also came with some exercise suggestions/instructions and a lovely thank you note as well.

I love the fun colors. These bands are good quality for the price.
