Convenient. Just plug it in the USB port and 3.5 jack. Decent sound quality.Although I would prefer a product that connects to bluetooth and uses only one of the ports. This one is the best design that I have found till now to make your car-audio bluetooth-compatible.

Potronics Auto 12 is better than the new version Auto 21. Button to answer is very small. Sound quality is not good enough just an okay product. Microphone is working well. Noise level is very less.

Recommended not to buy... screeching noise from the product.... loose connection due to bad materials used... waste of money.

Important - there is quality loss while you are playing music using this deviceI installed it in my polo with pioneer stereo (without bluetooth). During the calls the opposite party has complained about empty sound coming from far. The device is 13 inches away in the car so the purpose of installation is not obtained.There is audio disturbance if you keep the phone below the car stereo, to clear this issue one has to keep the phone away from car stereo and then you can't see the who's calling you while driving since the phone is away.Functionalaty - it it broadly solves the purpose if conversation are important and only for listeningUse - I'm using it now only to listen to the teams call while I don't have to pay attention or value add.
