Excellent!
Was a really good PPV. Solid main event and strong undercard. Title changes, shocking moments & of course a brutal HIAC match. Excellent all round.

not too bad hey
2005 had some great pay per views and the odd one that was poor,in fact the first one of the year was one of the worst in living memory,so how did the final one of the year go in comparison, well it wasnt bad but it wasnt off the radar either, there was a feeling that some of the matches came without hype and this was justified in my opinion. The opening match pitted matt hardy against jbl in a match where hardy looked so out of his depth that im surprised he didnt drown, jbl went through the motions against a rival who is capable of so much more, not a great opener but watchable enough.A tag team match was up next, the mexicools went up against MNM,this was a great wee match, could have gone either way, high in old school, high risk moves, this wasnt as bad as i feared, pleasing.Next up was match 4 in a best of series tournament for the for the vacant united states championship, this was a twenty minute match that promised plenty and delivered, these two men knew each others styles well and adapted and shifted gears at every available moment and created a fine match.Next up was a handicap match, lashley went up against william regal and paul burchill,he wasnt with his kayfabe sister at this point readers, this was a terrible match that barely got off the ground before we had a winner, not good.Next up was a match for the cruiserweight championship, the champ juventud went up against kid kash, the crowd didnt give two hoots for this match and neither did i to be honest, there were some good moves but was dull as a contest, not one to watch over and over. The raw tag team champions kane and big show went up against the smackdown tag champions rey mysterio and batista who was also the world champ next, this match had hype but stuttered over the finishing line in the end, wasnt great at all and rey proved to be a bit of a weak link in a match that wasnt that good. The main event was next and was contested in a hell in a cell enviroment, this match was between randy orton and the undertaker who fought for a good part of the year, this match was intense, brutal, great and eventful to say the least,a fine way to end the event and a decent enough way to end the year.

Randy Orton vs The Undertaker steals the spotlight for WWE Armageddon 2005 :)
WWE Armageddon 2005 turns out to be a pay-per-view with the usual outstanding and not so outstanding matches, but a nice little pay-per-view to finish off a great year for WWE.If you are mad about hell in a cell matches, then Randy Orton versus the Undertaker is the match for you. Your going to see blood, weapons, cell brutality, you name it this match has it all and the best match of the pay-per-view.

WWE Armageddon 2005- Good PPV
WWE Armageddon i thought was a good ppv with a great line up of matches but there was only 2 title matches and the world title wasn't even on the line on PPV which i thought was dissapointing but i guess there was a reason with batista being injured but it didn't really hurt the Quality of the PPVMatches wereJBL vs Matt Hardy* This wasn't a good match, Very dissapointed, JBL domanated most of the Match 1/5MNM w/ Melina vs The Mexicools*** This was supposed to be a Tag Title Match but batista and Rey won them on smackdown so this was just a plain Tag Match, The Match itself was very good though 3/5Chris Benoit vs Booker T - Undisputed US Championship Match*** Good Match but nothing we haven't seen before, Long Match went 23 Minutes longest of the series 3/5Kid Kash vs Juventud - Crusierweight Championship Match** It was OK, Not a Very good High Spot match like a Crusierweight Title Match should be but Never boring the Fans hated this match 2/5Batista and Rey Mysterio vs Big Show and Kane*** Good Tag Match, Not very long but good, They kept this match interesting and the crowd were very well into this match 3/5Randy Orton vs The Undertaker - Hell in a Cell***** Very good Hell in a Cell Main Event, Great Bumps, Great Nearfalls, Lots of Great Moves, Bloody and Violent and it was a nice 30 Minute Match, Best Hell in a Cell Match since the HHH/HBK one from Bad Blood, Awesome Stuff 5/5Overall i would Rate this PPV 4/5 Stars it was a good PPV, Not many title matches but a Good PPV none the less, The Hell in a Cell Match was Awesome you should check this DVD out for That
