I have to say, this bike is an absolute beauty! I was excited to put it together and everything was going smoothly. I did run into a minor issue with the derailleur, which was causing a loud pop noise when I pedaled. I reached out to ACEGER through Amazon, and I was blown away by their amazing customer service. They responded quickly and provided all the information I needed, even sharing YouTube videos to help me out. While I’m not very handy, I appreciated their effort to assist me. When the videos didn’t help, they offered to reimburse me for the bike if I got it fixed at a repair shop. Since the bike was my only transportation and I work six days a week, I forgot and I couldn’t make the deadline for a full refund. However, ACEGER went above and beyond and issued me a full refund for my troubles. I’m extremely grateful and satisfied with my experience. Bike was well packaged. Instructions were easy to follow. Only thing was there were no instructions on how the basket was to be attached to bike. Videos on you tube might show, but haven't got that far. The seat however is very hard on your butt. The bike rides nice.

This bike arrived on time and was easy for my daughter to assemble. The parts were all in good condition and great quality. It rides smooth and easily changes gears when you need to. It is comfortable and feels sturdy. It rides over grass and bumps with ease. It is the best looking bike I have ever seen, my daughter gets lots of compliments when she's out. She has ridden this bike every day for 4 months and hasn't had any problems. I'm so glad we brought this bike, it exceeded our expectations

It’s super cute. Took several hours to put together and the chain keeps falling off. It also has scuff marks and dents on it. It seemed packaged like new, but might have been a return.

Nice bike but had some issues with bent fender and a warped tire but they sent me new fender and a new tire. Good company fixed the issue that occurred after it was shipped and they quickly made it right such a beautiful and nice bike and I ordered a wicker basket for mine.

Bike came damaged. Assembled anyway as damage was cosmetic and paint related. Rode bike for 10 minutes and a tire literally exploded. Needless to say will be returning.
