A solution in search of a problem?
I'm not sure this does much. I got it out of curiosity and hoping it might make my already very quiet PC a little quieter. The problem is a good power supply barely vibrates anyway. And much of the noise from a power supply comes from the air moved by the fan anyway. If you can feel humming when you touch the PC case near the power supply it might help. (Though if the noise is a new development it's probably a failing fan or other problem, this would just be a bandaid.)Very important note: Installation might be literally impossible depending on your screws. The ones that came with m power supply were a tiny bit too short. Such a small amount it took me a while to figure out they were any different. That tiny amount is enough to keep them from working with the additional thickness of a rubber in place. For the price this should really ship with 4 screws a little bit longer than ATX standard. That knocks it down from a 3 star 'meh' to a 2 star 'bleh'

An easy solution to an annoying problem...
I bought these recently to solve a vibrating fan issue (The fan spinning would cause the back of the case to vibrate against the I/O shield and thusly would make this buzzing/annoying vibrating sound) after taking a look over things... Example - Looking over the back plate and making sure it was tight, checking the fan for any obstructions, and checking the fan it'self and oiling said fan with 3 in 1 oil I decided to buy these rubber gaskets (After some research online of course) and I can say I'm 100% satisfied with the outcome, they're easy to install and easily silence any noise if you're having the same issue that is (But I suggest checking things over first naturally) the quality of the gaskets is decent...I mean they're just over 5 dollars in price so don't expect "too" much there BUT the point is they get the job done, that said I 100% recommend this product.9.5/10

Inconsistent product, thick smelly latex rubber.
I’ll admit, I’m a little conflicted that, in the same order, I received gaskets with two different materials (three 2-packs of silicone rubber and one 2-pack of latex rubber). While I’m happy with three of the packs, the fourth pack is concerning as the rubber has different chemical, thermal, and mechanical properties less suitable (not to mention the poor finish quality and odor) for purpose. The lack of product consistency makes this difficult to recommend or even consider for certain projects where a more flexible material material less sensitive to hot or cold temperatures, UV resistance, odor, or chemical stability (exposure to air) is required.

Looks heavily used but it works
Rubber looks all used up and it looks like it was taken off from something that was glued together, there is even a small cut on one of the rubber. Also, it's a bit tough to install since the rubber is bent and won't hold the straight square shape. However after the installation, it's doing what I bought them for which is to raise the bottom intake fans so the fan blades don't touch the bottom grill and stop the rattling noise. Overall satisfied, but wish it was in a better condition, taking 2 stars off since it's advertised as new. Or maybe they are supposed to look like this? I don't know.. but doesn't look new to me..

Great and effective and sealing radiator/fan air gaps
Built my first fully watercooled PC rig earlier this year and upgraded the crap stock fans on my AIO's with some Noiseblocker fans but I noticed there was some big air gaps which can decrease the pressure of air across the radiator fans and thereby reduce cooling efficiency. These fit the bill nicely, easy trimmable to work on my 240mm radiator and look good. For price, can't be beat

We use these for all high RPM fans in our builds
When installing the Noctua 3000 RPM model fans, we always utilize these bushings. They really help keep the vibrations (not that much in a good fan like Noctua) separated from the chassis. When you are buying really good fans, you want to make sure that all of their air is going where you point it (and not leaking due to air spaces). This provides a means of sealing that gap between fan housing and case. Well worth it when you are putting the money into quality fans (or even cheap ones for that matter - b/c they would shake more than a well balanced one). IF you have noise coming from your fans, this is a great solution.

Not generically useful
It seems this is a specific implementation based on the thin ridge and edge and as such was not able to use it on my fans. I tried install them to use between my 140mm fans and radiator but eventually bought a sheet of rubber and cut custom gaskets. This worked really well and was much cheaper (considering for my $20 I ended up cutting a lot of gaskets including 3 for 200mm fans)

PSU pads should come standard with power supplies
Rubber anti-vibration pad snuggly fits around ATX form power supply. I don’t have a dB tester but the low drone vibration I was hearing before is nearly gone almost inaudible on a Corsair HX650 gold certified running under load. I think most wouldn’t even notice it. I’d recommend this for people looking to silence their builds completely or to the best of their ability. I also added 3mm pads on the bottom of the four points where my case meets the power supply base (I cut small squares from the center cut out in the following rad pack: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NODDMWI?redirect=true&ref_=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0). I did not have to use longer screws but then again we may not all be using the same length. I’ve found that almost all computer builds have to use varied lengths less or greater than stock screws so measuring and running to the hardware store should always be anticipated.
