Does NOT shed!!! I ordered this to replace my couch throw blankets that notoriously shed or pill after one or two uses. When I opened the package for this blanket, I saw a few loose pieces fall out but that was the extent of "shedding". I use it every single day and even when I wear black clothing, there are never any loose hairs on me. It is extremely soft, comfortable and warm. It looks and feels like excellent quality material.

This throw is so soft! And it's reversible. Warm and cozy. Great price for high quality. No shedding but I haven't washed it yet.

this is probably one of the best blankets i’ve purchased, it is very very soft and gives off a luxurious feel to your room. i also love that the blanket is not light at all and is quite heavy so it’s great for keeping you warm. Definitely going to buy a bigger size in another color and even give as gifts for birthday or christmas. I got a throw blanket for my couch and it’s not a two person blanket but just enough for yourself. I will be recommending this to people who want a nice blanket. I have not yet washed this blanket so i’m not sure how well it will hold up, but i have no doubts it will be hard and come out bad. Overall great product.

Very cozy, soft, luxurious and beautiful - love it! However it isn't black tie die! It's deep purple - exactly what I wanted but couldn't find so settled for black tie die - I'm so glad I did!

super soft and comfy! have yet to wash it so we will see if it sheds in the washing machine or not. but it’s thick and fluffy which i really like. very soft as well. seems high quality. i got the 60x80 size and it’s huge. if you’re using as a couch blanket, i would probably recommend the throw size unless you’re intending to use it for two people.

It came in a tightly sealed vacuum packed bag and had no odor. This blanket is extremely soft and has a good weight to it. I washed it and dried it on a cool setting and it did not melt it like I was scared of. It actually made it fluffier. It’s not shedding all over the place. The front and back fabrics are not sewn together like I had hoped. It’s like a giant pillow case with no opening. I don’t like that but I am not giving it back lol. It’s just so soft and I like the weight of it the other throws I have don’t have. The photos I posted show this and also show with flash on and without.

If I could give more stars, I would! It's cozy, soft, warm. Doesn't feel like icky plastic fur. It washed and dried well, I followed the recommendation. I love the color. I will be buying more.
