picked these up to support my health from the inside out—mainly for the anti-inflammatory and detox benefits. I’d heard nettle could help with things like water retention, skin clarity, and general wellbeing, so I thought I’d give it a go.The bags come in a resealable pouch (always handy), and I was genuinely surprised by how strong the brew is. Not one of those weak herbal teas—this actually has a rich, earthy flavour with a slight bite to it that makes it feel like it’s doing something good for your body.I’ve been having one cup a day and already feel less sluggish and puffy. Definitely a great addition if you’re trying to reset or just take better care of yourself.

I was sceptical at first but this tea does its job. Doesn’t taste too bad, without adding honey, after about 20-40 minutes mucus shifts so you can cough it out so definitely good for lung health. Good quality tea bags, will keep buying. Good value too!

If you are in a hurry then a teabag is the answer. Also if out and about, you can take a couple in a pocket for when required.Quite pleasant to drink and is thought to benefit a man's prostate over time.

Good quality pyramid bags. Arrived promptly. I have no sense of smell so not able to comment on the aromatic aspect. Some gritty stuff at the end of it, could be because it's got dried roots etc. Price for overall product is adequate. A Hundred teabags packed securely and thoughtful wrapping definitely makes the purchase worthwhile.

Plasticky teabags and not the best ginger flavour. There are better alternatives for the price

I love this infusion! Absolutely delicious. I find the bags are strong enough to make several cups.
