Great but…
I wouldn’t advise ordering this during hot summer days. It melted and became into a one big solid ball inside the bottle. I keep the bottle upside down and I use a kitchen scissor to cut the piece I need.

Didn't see any results after consistent use
I bought this men's supplement with high hopes and followed the instructions exactly for several weeks.
