I bought a 2lb bag of these patriotic chocolate caramels for a luncheon right before Memorial Day. I wanted something individually wrapped and not too hard or too chewy (for the older crowd I was serving). lol They were good. I wouldn't give them the highest marks (compared to Tootsie Rolls) for a chocolate-caramel flavor, but fine.

These are yummy! Like the name brand chews. Worked great in the heat we were experiencing for a neighborhood party for the 4th of July!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this for 4th of July parade but was not delivered in time. I know it was not Amazon's fault but my town being short staffed during the holiday. Best part was my husband's happy he gets the whole bag to himself. I thought they were tootsie rolls but they are not, I actually like these better, nice chocolate flavor.Value for money:Good amount for the moneyTaste:Chocolate caramel taffey flavor

Chocolate is not of good quality and many came smashed and I couldn’t use them for a veteran goodie bag.

Not bad, but these are just off brand tootsie rolls. Chocolate caramels makes it sound like their chocolates, with caramel in them. They’re not, just cheap still tasty tootsie rolls.
