My hubby had one for 8 months so i bought one they are easy to put together, quick charger. Had good features in app. Battery last over week at least using daily on 15 mins journey plus extra. Quality and sturdy 15mph top speed gear app features, love the auto speed function. Very functional, superb value for money, good grip on floor easy to steer, I was afraid of this at first but now I love it and can't getting off and I am 50 years old. I have a extra small handle bar as I use this to take my grandchild to school in the morning.. I've recommended this product to many people who have since purchased as well. You will not be disappointed. Good, strong, sturdy scooter.

An excellent scooter which is very easy to ride and sturdy. Very stylish looking with the two colours makes it look like a premium product. Easy to connect to phone and set up wasn’t difficult. Battery life is very good and has been better than expected. This is my first electric scooter and has been a great experience riding it. Overall a great looking and high quality vehicle.

I can’t quite believe just how badly built and dangerous these scooters are! I purchased this for my child and to see what’s happened is terrifying. I’m so glad no one was hurt!

Bought this for a Christmas present for the Lad, I don’t know much about them, it it seems a solid piece of kit, I think the suspension could have been a little softer while they are solid tyres to compensate, the throttle control didn’t seem as fluid as I’d have expected it to be at slow speeds, but like I said I know next to nothing about them, the battery seems to last forever, if I could go back in have gone for the i9 rather than the i9 Max.

Christmas present for my 14 year-old..He is delighted with it.took it a spin and it is very easy to control and also very smooth and fast.has no problems with steep slopes either really happy with the purchase seems to b a quality scooter .

Great scooter, good on the roads (minimal vibration), compact when folded, though range not as amazing as the tech spec suggests (Real world is about 80% or claimed figures)

One of the best purchase I've made in a while gets me to and back from work batterie life is long lasting only have to charge every 2 days gets me places very quick easy to setup and easy to use and very good value for the money even good in wet weather absolutely no complaints I would recommend to buy 100% worth it

I bought this scooter in November 2024, i must say its a decent scooter for its price. However, it overheats really fast and the power gets limited for atleast 10 minutes. Also, i see in the reviews that somebody scooter frame broke, i disagree as ive done jumps with this scooter, crashes, and alot more. Also, it not the biggest i must say and the max speed is only 35kmh unlocked which is rubbish. I would not repurchase.
