Very good. I get a lot of MRI's and you can't have any piercings in. I like the plastic ones so that nothing closes while my regular rings are out. Works great for what I need them for.

Overall they are really snug and wouldn’t fall off unless you really tug on the push part of the piercing. They’re flexible and clear so you can’t notice them too easily.

Got these for my daughter playing sports for her newly pierced ears. The push-in part is a bit small - I’m worried it is going just go right through her ear if it gets bumped at all. But the push-in seems secure and I liked that I could use my threading tool to insert it/help guide it.
