Love our new couch. It is firm, but very comfortable. The power recliners are quiet and the color is a nice shade of brown.

The couch isn’t terrible. Definitely not worth the price paid, but it was easy to assemble, arrived sooner than expected, and the color looks very close to the pics.The outlets that are attached to the middle seats cushion (that you access when the cushion folds down) were defective. They are supposed to swivel out but they were jammed/not set all the way in causing it to get stuck and I had to pry it open.Also, if you are on the taller side, note that the leg rests will likely be too short. At 6’0, my feet hang off. The couch is fairly comfortable otherwise.

The media could not be loaded. I received all four boxes with the Grey leather sofa. They arrived relatively quickly. However, when I put the sofa together all the instructions, the seatbacks on all three seats are at different heights. See picture attached. I reached out to Amazon who helped me reach out to the seller they started communicating with the seller. The seller refuses to replace the sofa With one that actually is built correctly and the seller also refuses to give me a refund for my money paid for a quality item. The item shows 30 days replacement or moneyback guarantee. However, the seller is refusing to do that. For this nasty looking sofa, they offer me $100 refund. I cannot recommend the seller.

A little difficult to assemble. It took 3 people to assemble just because of the weight. Very sturdy and comfortable. Very nice looking. My only complaint is the feet protrude at the bottom and aren't get attractive but not too noticeable. Plan to purchase same brand in a smaller size for the motor home.

Only 2/3 of the couch showed up. Replacement to complete order took 10 days with lots of sorry for the inconvenience emails and inaccurate delivery dates claiming it had been delivered. Offered a minimum discount on future purchase.There won’t be another purchase. Couch is ok do not get rid of old furniture untilthis is assembled or you will be sitting on the floor for 10 days.

The sofa is just what we wanted and has met all our expectations. The directions, on the other hand were obviously done by an engineer and not by a dyi person. If you just took a picture of the finished product with the bars across the bottom and said “this is what it should look like.”, it would have saved us so much time. We put it together, took it apart, and put it back together looking like what we thought it should be. Perfect. Then the rest of the sofa went right together. We like it very much.

It arrives in separate boxes on different days. Not ideal. Quality is what you might expect for the price. Seems to do well with our dogs.
