For the money, this is an amazing cover. It helps control leakage and helps with noise. It’s made with an extraordinarily durable and comfortable material, not pinching the skin in any way shape or form. It cost less than many of the competing products, while providing extraordinary protection from leaks showing on your clothing.If I’ve had to be picky, I would complain about the color. I expected it to be a royal cobalt blue, but it was more of a navy blue. Not a huge deal, but I do like royal blue a lot better.

I got these for household member mobility and difficulty with nighttime incontinence. The 5X I got was plenty roomy over her disposable underwear but did bind around the legs a bit. Sitting around in them for a short time before bed made her sweaty, but when she lay down in them, they kept her pretty dry.It is great that they are washable, even in the machine, to prevent odor build-up.

This works well especially if you wear incontinence underwear (briefs) it didn't leak and it's snug on the leg which is good to ensure no leakage. It's comfort overall. The material is pretty good. I used a disposable washcloth with rubbing alcohol to wipe it out. Will return to inform everyone about washing it and how it holds up.

Fits well and seems to be effective. Very easy to clean as well. The seams can cause discomfort at times, but overall it's not really a big issue. Pretty good overall.

These pants stopped leakage which is their primary purpose. However, I was informed from my family member using them, that the waistband fit was fine but the leg elastic was tight (wears a large and ordered a large). They woke up in the morning with bright red markings on their legs where the elastic sat. This could be a concern for skin breakdown if these pants are being used on someone with an altered state of consciousness or dementia. Also, they told me that the pants are noisy when moving due to the material they are made out of.So, they work as intended but have some other issues.

He said they fit a little snug, which is good because they are not leaking. He also said although they are snug, but not uncomfortable. They feel good around his legs and waist. The diapers he wears seem to do a good job during the day, but he gets restless and moves around a lot at night. My mom and I decided that he needed a little more protection. These pull-on cover pants are doing the trick.I ordered the size according to the chart that was provided in the ad. That is the size that I would order again.We are happy with this product, so we would order it again. I would be happy recommending this product to my family and friends.

Good fit, 4XL fits legs snug enough to not leak loose enough to not hurt. Large enough for full coverage, without being excessive. Good quality lightweight
