Good: Picture quality is sharp with 4K and Dolby Vision, sound is clear, and it runs smoothly with Google TV features. Bad: Build feels average, remote response is sometimes slow, and pre-installed apps take extra storage. Overall: Worth the price with solid performance but a few minor drawbacks.

I purchased a Xiaomi television on September 23, delivered on September 26. For the first two weeks, the panel worked fine. But soon, a tiny black spot began appearing when the TV was turned on. We initially ignored it, but it grew larger over time, becoming visually disruptive and ruining our festive mood. I reported the issue to Amazon, who promptly shared Xiaomi’s service contact. I emailed and called Xiaomi, and their technical team conducted a video call, attempted a hardware update, but the issue persisted. They scheduled a home visit on Friday October 17, 2025, where the technician confirmed it was a display hardware issue and offered a panel replacement. I declined the panel opening due to concerns. Later, I was asked to share a photo of the gray spot visible even when the TV is off, which technical guy missed to observed and I provided him these details as my complaint is genuine and I shared those pics with him on whatsapp. I escalated the issue with Amazon, and I truly appreciate their proactive support. However, things took a turn when another Xiaomi technician called me on Monday Oct 21, 2025 and reversed the diagnosis, claiming the spot is external damage, possibly caused by children tampering with the unit. This was deeply disappointing, especially after the initial confirmation of a hardware fault. The technician even compared it to dropping a phone and blaming the user. I strongly disagree. If a product develops a progressively worsening defect without any external impact, it must be treated as a manufacturing fault, not customer negligence. I reported this interaction with second technician also to amazon and requested to escalate it. To make matters worse, Xiaomi’s representative blamed me for purchasing the product from Amazon.com. Since I chose an e-commerce platform, they offered no product support. This is unacceptable and deeply disappointing with global partnering with number one e commerce platform. I request Amazon to stand by genuine customers and take this complaint forward with the seller. I respect product integrity and expect the same from the brand.

The TV is Fine and value for money . Normally it shows free installation but they phoned us to inform that we need to pay 500Rs for service . My parents need someone to install it so yes we paid . But please put the installation payment details instead of 0.00Rs . Service done in a good way. Thank you

Superb Quality! didn't expected to be this good. This time xiaomi didn't comprised with their Tvs Quality. The picture Quality of the TV is superb but i felt somewhere the quality of the picture gets faded when seen from the extreme corner sides, but its totally negligible considering the price point, its supports 4K 60FPS HDR content on Youtube, 4K HDR on Prime but its supports only upto 4k contents on Netflix, HDR is not supported in Netflix. The sound Quality is also good even at low volume levels as it is equipped with DOLBY ATMOS, also it has different modes of sound adjustment too. This TV is equipped with 2GB Ram and 16GB storage which is okish also it comes with GOOGLE TV version 15. TV is smooth and it doesn't lag too. Talking About Build Quality, its good although comes with plastic frame but still i found out it oky and there are less bazells which is a huge plus point at this price point. The connectivity are superb in this TV. (WIFI 6, BLUETOOTH 5.1) IN SUMMARY : Pros: 1) GOOD BUILD QUALITY 2) EQUIPPED WITH GOOGLE TV LASTEST VERSION. 3) LESS BAZELS 4) GOOD PICTURE QUALITY 5) SUPPORTS 4K HDR CONTENT ALMOST ALL THE STREAMING APPS. 6) SOUND QUALITY IS ALSO GOOD, *DOLBY ATMOS)COMES WITH DIFFERENT ADJUSTMENT MODES. 7) CONNECTIVTY IS SUPERB, WIFI 6 BLUETOOTH 5.1 CONS : 1) 2GB RAM AND 16GB STORAGE IS QUITE DISSAPPOINMENT IN TODAYS GEN, ATLEAST XIAOMI SHOULD PROVIDE 3GB RAM AND 32GB STORAGE. OR 2+32 COMBO. 2) COLOURS GET FADE WHEN VIEWING FROM EXTREME RIGHT OR LEFT CORNERS (CAN BE NEGLIGIBLE AT THIS PRICE POINT :) ) Considering all, you can blindly go for it... (●'◡'●)

Using it since one year now. Bought two TVs. Sometimes lag is seen and some times it restarts automatically. Android version could have been upgraded for better performance but a value for money product if you buy it in 10K range.
