I suffer from constant lower back and abdominal discomfort. I never would have thought to try cold on those areas. This has been a game changer! The strap is extra long to fit any size person. It stays in place and is cold for a while.I love this so much I recommended them to my family and friends.

Seems pretty good. Stretches to fit my arm perfectly. Much easier to use than trying to wrap something around your arm.

This is a good product, even if left in the freezer it feels just right when worn over the elbow, and isn't so thick that you lose all mobility either.

Bought for my daughter after wisdom teeth removal. Loved that there was an extra set of ice packs that could be swapped out. The ice packs are soft, still flexible after frozen. Head wrap was comfortable for my daughter and size was adjustable with the Velcro. Would definitely recommend. This was a lot sturdier than the one we got from the oral surgeon. It sat well on her face and did not leak.

It’s almost too thick for the cold of the ice to really get through. I had double jaw surgery and the ice packs sit more on the mid cheek than the jaw. Will be returning in favor of the one my doctor gave me.

I had dental surgery and this is a lifesaver , great quality and comes with four packs so can use two and when they are done get other two out of freezer to change out . Recommend
