I bought the XT20 trimmer because I already owned the XT10 and loved it so much, I wanted to try out the newer bigger version!This belt is fab. It is much larger than the XT10, so as a short woman it covers far more of my torso than the XT10, which is great if you want cover all of your midriff and then some.The inner material is soft and silky and hugs the skin without any discomfort, there is no itching or rubbing of the skin. The belt is long and I was almost able to wrap it twice around my waist, even so it was still not bulky and when I decided to test the belt outside of the gym, I wore it to work for an entire day and needed a belt for my trousers as the trimmer flattened my tummy so much that there was an inch gap. I know the belt is not meant to be used for extended periods but I wanted to try it out and no-one in my office knew I was wearing the trimmer until I removed it.As for working out in the gym, like the XT10, it causes your midriff to sweat and helps shrink your waist!When I first took the trimmer out of its box, there was a slight smell from it, a bit like a new car smell, but if you leave the belt out in the open, it soon fades. Of course if you shove your nose into the belt and sniff you will of course still smell the neoprene, but seeing as you're going to be wrapping the belt around your waist and not your head, it's really not an issue!!

Ok the company keep asking me to leave a review so here goes: Im not 100% sure yet if it could be called a waist trimmer, waist trimmer when you wear it, yes your waist looks trimmer obviously, but if it actually helps to make your waist trimmer i am yet to find out but to be honest i doubt it. This would need exercise and a good diet. Saying that, it is comfortable and supportive and it does make you sweat around the area, again not sure if that makes a difference. I need to lose fat not water.Overall, good value for money in my opinion and if nothing else happens, its a good back support for when I'm walking me dog.

Does exactly as described, a very comfortable fit too, I have worked out 3 times since receiving this and boy does it make you sweat! Let's just hope it makes the belly fat melt eh? Seriously though it is as described, packaging and delivery excellent. After sales service is great as i received an email to make sure i was happy with the purchase/packaging etc and to contact them if not happy in any way. I would recommend this product if you are serious about working out as i don't think this is a quick fix....... sadly you have to put in the effort to create the sweat! Now if only there was a miracle belt that you could just pop on for an hour or so and melt away that stubborn fat! MIGABRI i await that invention ha ha :)The belt itself is of good quality so don't waste your time trawling through all the other more expensive options just hit the button and buy!PS. I bought this without any benefits so paid the price and didn't get any discount, so it is an unbiased view if that helps..... happy sweating people :)

Great service from the distributor. I received the order two days after ordering which was very speedy. It was also packaged really well so the item arrived in pristine condition. The item itself is great. Does what it says. Ive used it a few times already when doing house work and i can see that it is likely to significantly enhance my weight loss capabilities when working out. The sizing of the belt is generous so good for those on the plus side too like myself. A great item that i believe will serve me well and a quality purchase for the reasonble price.They can be bought cheaper but the quality of this product far exceeds that of the cheaper buys and i can see from the workmanship that it will last a very long time. It's latex free too which caters to those with allergies also. A well made well thought out product. I also like the handy exercise insert which is a nice little bonus, as were the follow up emails from the distributor. Overall i am extremely pleased with the service and the product. I used to buy the "Kiwi Rata" waist trimmer belt in size L from Ebay then they were out of stock so as I have an Amazon Prime account which normally makes me eligible for FREE next day delivery I had a look on here."One size fits all" normally ends up being a load of cobblers in my opinion but honestly this thing is so stretchy it's AMAZING and actually fits better then the previous brand I was buying off Ebay.I can completely understand people being overwhelmed with choice when it comes to these things as there are literally pages and pages of waist trainers on Amazon but trust me ignore the rest and get this you WON'T be disappointed!!!

Overall good product, however the velcro strap after a year of hard use (4x a week) in gym doesn't hold anymore, overall for the price paid great value and I really enjoyed using it.

I originally bought this to help support my back during work as I do a lot of bending which has been causing me some back strain, and I have to say it does a good job. As well as supporting my back it has helped me shed a little weight around my waist, though the back support alone makes this a worthwhile purchase.

I was very exceptional about this product at first until my wife encouraged me to buy for both of us. When the products arrived, at first I thought it was great help for my back, I wear this number of hours every day, I saw some improvement and no, it would not give you six pack within weeks but over the time, I notice the reducation and I was pleased. I recommended it to anyone and believe in yourself.
