I just got this product and wanted to check that the lock actually worked, I put the AirTag in and then locked the device but when I tried to unlock it I realized the metal on the screw was so weak the tool that had been provided had somehow eroded the edges so it couldn’t be open. I was going to put this on my suitcase or keys but now I’ve wasted not only the money of the lock but even the money AirTag. Terrible product.

Definitely great for securely attaching your airtag to basically any item. My only problem was it can be kinda difficult to keep the cable in place when trying to close it after inserting airtag.

Do not purchase! They are perfect in theory but once opened they can’t not be reconnected even with 2 sets of hands attempting to close and lock them. The Allen wrench doesn’t work.
