- Ideal for a wide variety of sugar modelling including - pearls, drapes, toys etc.
- Most suited to beginners to sugar flowers/ cake decorating with a longer handling time than flowerpaste
- More economical than flowerpaste and can be used for many projects.
- Used by Barker Bakes (specialist wedding cake makers) since 2005 to make sugar modelled items
- Use for simple flowers and those that are unwired or not required to be fine or exhibition standard sugar flowers.
Our paste is made fresh with no added preservatives so does not keep as well as regular commercial pastes, it is recommended it is used within one month or frozen and defrosted for use in the longer term. It should also be double wrapped and stored in the fridge, preferably in a sealed container. Full instructions, ingredients listed, storage etc supplied with pack.
