3-Tiered Rock Waterfall Fountain with LED Lights

This is a fun little Waterfall Fountain to decorate our deck. We will run the electrical cord under the deck today after making some adjustments to the electrical set up. As it is right out of the box, it needs two power supplies. One is for the water pump and the other for the led lights. We will use a splitter with two outlets connecting to one extention cord. So easy! The directions warn users to maintain enough water when running to avoid burning out the pump. That makes sense. They give great directions. We are using distilled water as stated in the instructions. The sound is very pleasing, not overpowering at all. We sit about eight feet away from the fountain and find the sound relaxing. The unit looks much better than I anticipated with realistic looking rocks. We just tucked it into a corner of our deck gazebo so it is easy to fill and enjoy. It will be undercover all the time and I will make a cover to protect it in the winter after we prepare it for the colder temperatures. Once again, it works like a gem. We couldn't be happier with the sound and LED lights. It is quite pretty at night. A great price for this wonderful fountain.

This fountain is really something! It’s beautiful next to some plants! Flows nice! Works well! lights work. Easy to get set up right out of the box. No leaks so far. Big enough to be a staple in your garden. I got it to have a nice relaxing space to spend time with my chickens. For the money you can’t beat this fountain! Get buy! Definitely recommend this!

I LOVE my fountain! At first I had trouble with the water reducing to a trickle. When I felt inside the back, it was because leaves had been sucked in and were interfering with the pump. I put a little piece of sponge in the bottom pool hole so only water can go through and it solved the problem. My fountain has run 24/7 since I purchased it - so about seven months now and it runs like a top. I add more water every 3-4 days. I use filtered water because we have lots of wildlife drinking from it. I also add some wildlife safe algae preventer to keep the water clean and clear. The fountain is beautiful and I love the trickling water sound, but at night when the lights are on it is really a showstopper! This is a fantastic value for the price!

I wanted,...., needed a fountain for my balcony and was thinking of starting with a $30 table top, but glad I decided to up the budget and get this one. It takes time to choose a fountain. The most important thing is quality and function. I decided on this one after two months of research. My biggest concern was it possibly arriving broken as I have read many stories like that about fountains. I'm delighted to say that mine arrived intact and perfectly packaged. This fountain weighs in around 20 pounds empty, so it is really easy to manuver and place. The looks are ok for me, but I would have prefered a more jagged look. The inside of the pools look like rust and such, I guess it is supposed to be dirt? I was going to refinish that part, but it doesn't matter at the end of the day. Each pool has a white LED. I was thinking I would prefer color changing LEDs, but now that I have seen it going, I like the white LEDs. The fountain is dead easy to set up. It holds about 1.75 to 2 gallons of water. I'm using distilled water because it doesn't attract bugs and won't grow algae or leave deposits. This also extends the life of the pump. One only needs to top off about every 3 to 5 days depending on weather and we are talking maybe 1/2 to one cup. There is no power switch, which is usually the case with fountains. I have mine on a remote though. Tip: Grab a remote plug on Amazon for $10 to $15 with two outlets, one for lights and one for pump. Amazon has a bunch of those. That way you just leave the fountain plugged in. The important thing for me is also sound. I found no matter the flow rate I set it to, the sound is mellow. I would like it a little louder since it is outdoors. There are foam washer things at each tier, but you can't really remove them easy. They should probably by left alone. What I am going to do is add a river rock or two and change the sound that way. All in all, really pleased with this fountain. There is enough to dress up a bit as well, which I will be doing eventually. TIP: Work around for those who prefer color lights - One can pick up submersible color LEDs that run on battery and stick one in each tier or what have you. If you don't want the white lights on with the color ones simply unplug the light adaptor.

REVISING AUGUST 16, 2023 I am very disheartened to report that once again the motor has died and thus the waterfall no longer falls. The lights still work. Again, I was very particular about only running the waterfall while I was present. I religiously turned it off when I was not enjoying it. I absolutely loved this when it worked. But 2x now it has failed after a few weeks. As such, it's time to move on. Don't waste your time or money. 😞 REVISING July 23, 2023 - Company immediately sent a replacement. Customer service was great. I asked specifically what will happen if the motor stops again in short order. I was assured can replace it. REVISING as of July 16, 2033 Very very disappointed. I loved this for 3 weeks. I bought a small metal table to set it on my porch. I used it daily & was conscientious to only have it on when I was on the porch using distilled H2O. Now only the lights work. I did call Amazon customer service and they are sending me a replacement. Customer service was helpful. I truly love this little fountain so my hope is that this item was a blip in quality control though I'm a bit fearful as I read others had similar issues. I was told that world the replacement not work I will also be able to return that. Fingers crossed. I'll update the new item as well after some use. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Well it's early but this is a perfect small porch enhancer. It lights and the water flow sounds so soothing. J.ust what I want for my back porch refuge where I spend A LOT of time. I'm going to add some color of my own with greenery but haven't got to that yet. I am mindful that owners must make sure that water is ample to keep the motor from burning out. My plan is to have it on when I'm on the (convered) back porch and then routinely turn it off when I go in. It takes a fraction under 2 gallons of water at capacity and I followed guidance to use distilled water. Happy owner.

Love my fountain, it adds such a Zen aspect to my outdoor shower area. I bought a solar pump and swapped it out for the pump that comes with it. I had to do a little finagling with the hose adapters that came with the solar pump in order to connect it, but one I did, it worked very well. I don't use the lights. I did add a few pebbles to the first basin to get more of a trickle sound vs. just a constant pour.

I love my Alpine outdoor fountain. I’ve had it a little over one year. It is beautiful at night when the fountain lights reflect against the water. This is a very good fountain and it’s worth the purchase. If you have any concerns, the customer service team responds back as soon as possible. Alpine has excellent customer service and speedy delivery service if you need parts for your fountain. Kudos to Eve in customer service.
