Looks good and works perfectly well, as described, with useful data, analysis and insights - no issues whatsoever connecting with iPhone / app.Was surprised (must have missed in product details) that it also requires a monthly subscription, which having spent $300 seems a bit much - maybe give the first year free?.Would be good if a glucose sensor could be added / made available too.

This ring requires its app to give you the data it gathers. However, all of the useful data is kept from you unless you pay the monthly subscription, despite having paid the initial cost of the ring. Without the subscription, the ring does nothing useful.

We have had this item for a couple of weeks now and bitterly disappointed over its reliability. Either the ring itself or the app that causes the 2 items to constantly loose the connection with each other. The only remedy we have found that works is to reboot the phone.(android) To do this several times a day is pure tedium. Granted once they do connect all data appears to be present but when the connection dies so does the data along with our enthusiasm.

You can get the same data from any old smart watch / Garmin / Apple watch etc. Way overpriced and this is the older version!

£300 to tell me I had a good nights sleep and that I'm not dead yet. Meh. Should have bought a Playstation.....

Compré este articulo y todo muy bien. Pero cuándo lo quiero configurar no existe la opcion para Mexico. No he podido usarlo por que no me deja configurar en Cd. De Mexico.Oura Support no me contesta. Si no hay opcion para poderlo usar en Cd. De Mexico, lo voy a tener que regresar.

Excelente producto, bastante ligero y resistente.En la app no tiene dado de alta a México en paises registrados, pero puedes poner la dirección de un hotel o mall en US y sin problema puedes registrarte.

I’ve been wearing my Oura ring every day and night for a little over 3 months and it seems very accurate. I’m usually skeptical of wearable monitoring devices, but often try them nonetheless, so I use several different ones, along with non-wearable, more accurate monitors to compare reliability. The Oura seems to be spot on with my sleep, stress, and activity. It’s always detected my naps and routine “workout” activities (I created a label for my strenuous every day activities). Those are really the only stats I look at. Battery life is pretty good (mine usually needs charging nearly every 3-4 days). It’s very stylish and comfortable. I like the pulse ox and heart monitors as well. It works very well with the Apple Health app and integrates seamlessly. The Oura App is also very well designed and functions perfectly. I have not been very careful with my ring—I‘ve dropped it twice on a hard tile floor and I also wear it while working with power tools and while doing light construction/carpentry/craft work and it has held up exceptionally well. I also have worn it while washing my hands, but take it off during bathing/showering. When I first purchased it, I wore a silicone ring over it for protection, but it was too bulky. Overall, I am very happy with this tracker and would definitely recommend it. I love the sleep tracking with my Apple Watch, but sadly, it needs to be on the charging dock at night, so that feature is pretty useless for me. The Oura, however, is perfect.
