Faulty product
Dear TeamI had buy 1 power bank from your app ,when i received your product and try to charged but it's not worked so I send replacement request to you but till date no one has contact from your end not even I received new productKindly replace the same on priority basis

Build quality is good. Look wise compact and easy to cary. But after 3h the last light was blinking and i can't understand that the power bank charge is full or No. And it's discharge very quickly. Output mention 20W but it's give 15-18W something

Battery drain issue
Power Bank battery drain from full charge to discharge in 5- 10 min . This is very disappointing according to ZEBRONICS .After replacement power bank do the same thing .

Ok but heats up
The input and output is okay but heats up so quickly you'll be afraid to use it. Im sure it'll start puffing up in no time. Only been using it for 6 months. Not a good investment
