I'm dealing with some health issues that includes vomiting. I carry one of these bags with me and use them often. When done with bag, remove plastic top ring, twist, and then tie in a knot and dispose of.

These really came in handy. I originally got it because I have to drive my nieces around and they get car sick sometimes. But it came in handy last summer when my husband and I went drinking.
