Better than chia seeds for overnight oats
Delicious in overnight oats or just a “pudding” made with almond milk. Good source of fiber and antioxidants- no flavor so doesn’t interfere with what you are mixing in. Texture similar to tapioca pudding - quick and easy and keeps me full longer in morning

Best brand, organic and consistent excellent quality
The quality and amount for the money can’t be beat. Avoiding lectins in chia seeds, I switched to basil seeds. So glad I did. I make a pudding with 1/2 cup room temp water and two tablespoons of basil seeds. Top with frozen fruit, cover and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, add two tablespoons of yogurt and stir. Provides lots of fiber and a surprising amount of nutrition like omegas and more. I tried another brand first but this one, especially being organic, is far better. Excellent for those with constipation.

Great quick alternative to Chia seeds
I have found a high fiber alternative to chia seeds that I can prep quickly. I add 1/2 cup of water to 2 TBS of seeds, add my Greek yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener. I add fruit to the top and have a terrific breakfast that I can prep quickly. They have no taste, so that you can add them to anything. Will buy again!

I like them
These are similar to chia seeds but my understanding is they have more fiber and nutrients. They are quicker to plump up than chia seeds when you put them in liquid. There really isnt any taste that I can tell but I think these are healthy so I’ll keep adding a tablespoon to yogurt or kefir. Overall seems to be good quality. I like them.

Amazing seeds
Very tasty and I am loving it with yogurt and it’s the recipe on the package. Also I am feeling more energy, it just seems to be over a good quality product. Texture is great and the size is similar to a chia seed. I fact the color looks the same as a chia seed. The prep time is very convenient and it will fill you up!Thank you for these amazing seeds that you have provided in this size, price and recipe. I am grateful for that.Highly recommend!

Better than chia!
I have used chia seeds for years, but I like these basil seeds better. They absorb water bigger and faster. Just stir once or twice and let sit for 5 minutes. Five Minutes! Thay's it! They are ready so fast I count that as being more convenient. They are more expensive, but I switched. I love basil seeds. They are better!
