Really wanted a crate that didn’t look so much like a ‘doggy jail’ and this was perfect. It looks so good in my living room that visitors think I bought a new piece of furniture, not realising it’s the new sleep den for my Frenchie. The built-in drawer and food/water bowls? Genius. The kids use the drawer as a junk drawer and the dog now isn’t chewing the kids junk as it’s perfectly hidden away in there. It’s basically an all-inclusive resort—room, service, and dining in one spot haha. My Frenchie has tons of space to stretch out, roll over, and probably start a side hustle in there if he wanted. The only tiny issue? He’s clever enough to open the side door by himself. So technically, it’s also a self-checkout system. Still, 10/10: it’s stylish, practical, and clearly smarter than me at keeping him contained. It was mega easy to assemble, and honestly if I could do it, anyone can. The value for money is great, the usual dog jail type crates are a similar cost so might aswell spend a little extra and get something that looks cute. It’s safe for my Frenchie, and there’s nothing he’s able to chew or nibble when he’s in there asleep, but where the water / food bowl sits, he has knocked it a few times (hits it if he needs more water or food) and has made it wonky!

**CAUTION** The product looks nice and solid in the pictures, and it looks really nice in our living room. However it is not fit to keep a dog in. I have had to make a few modifications to make it fit for purpose. Inside the crate, the dog has access to the drawer, can easily push it open, and plenty of edges on the drawer to eat. I added a panel of 18mm mdf to separate the crate section from the drawer. The 12mm laminate on top, across the width, bends with light boxes on top, and causes the drawer to clip it when pushing it. Another sheet of mdf under the top panel to strengthen this. First night with an 8 week old puppy in it. After 20 minutes, managed to lift the door off the runner, and escaped. Ive added 2 screws, placed above each of the runners stops the door lifting. Then in the morning, the right hand bolt on the bottom of the door, the handle came off and we struggled to get him out. A shame, but a few design modifications by the company, and it could be an ace product.

I love this for my little pug. He is more than happy to sleep in it and it is very sturdy and durable. Very good size, instructions made assembly very easy. The wood panels are lovely and thick adding to the stability. The bars are good quality. My pup loves to make a splash in his water bowl so please with its waterproof design. Spacious draw and very comfortable for small- medium size breeds. Not ideal for larger dogs.

Product itself is ok but the parts were in the wrong bags making it really confusing to put together…. Very frustrating!

A very sturdy well conceived dog crate. The assembly is relatively easy with clear instructions and secure fastenings. Better than the IKEA I have assembled! It feels and looks sturdy and will hopefully wear well over time. I would have liked the end gate to have a more secure fastening as my dog managed to rattle it loose within minutes. I will need to add closures at the top and bottom ends of this gate to replace the middle slide fastening. Would highly recommend.

This product is poor at best, the instruction were ok however all screws were incorrectly labelled as per the exploded drawings provided so took a lot of time due to this problem. Also the top came damaged which was noticed after construction of the unit so sending back not really an option but nowhere to raise a complaint on Amazon... I have several videos of damage but can only upload one on here.. 3 1/2 hour build and damage leaves me a little unhappy with the product in general !!

Nice bench that takes 5-7 hours to put together solo. The wooden backpanel part of the drawer was broken no idea of that happened during shipping of during packaging in the factory. Contacted Amazon but was told they couldn't provide a replacement part through the seller and should sent it back. Since it was the last part to be assembled after 6 hours I didn't want to disassemble all to send the product back. So I glued the part and put an iron joint behind it so I can still use the drawer and still happy with it.
