Aprende e reconocer tus emociones

Master Self-awareness
"Emotional Intelligence: How to Master Self-awareness" is a beautiful read for individuals looking to increase their self-awareness, social skills, and empathy. The author included an emotional intelligence quiz at the beginning for the reader to take before starting the book, which will rate the reader's level of emotional intelligence. The quiz tells the reader's strengths and next steps for improvement. The author has packed a lot of information in the book, including topics like managing workplace stress. I found the workplace and relationship chapter very interesting.

Child’s read
This is not a novel but rather resembles a bathroom read. It covers in-depth topics without any intellectual forethought or apologetics. It’s 150 pages, large print with barely challenge to mentally engage with the author. I sent it back. I was hoping for a book that takes a topic such as: “Emotuonal Response vs Emotional Listening” and dives deep into discussion including practical synopsis and exercises. This book belongs next to Calvin and Hobbs
