Blue Star 2 Ton 3 Star Inverter Window AC (Copper, Turbo Cool, Fan Modes-Auto/High/Medium/Low, Hydrophilic Blue Fins, Dust Filters, Self-Diagnosis, WID324L, White)

This product delivered to me during Apr 25 was manufactured in Mar 24. Pointwise review follows:Pros1. Being an inverter AC it draws power gradually which reduces load on your power plugs and electrical lines.2. It is pretty quiet while operating even at Turbo mode.3. Cooling is nice however I need to check during peak of summers. As of now Delhi weather is not really that hot.4. The wattage and current matrix has been attached by me for detailed understanding by customers who understand electricity better. Even a circuit diagram has been attached.Cons1. Plastic Quality of the front grill is not great. One of the latches broke during installation and the side screws dont fit properly.2. Installation guy needs to be educated well by the company. In my case he refused to put a wooden frame despite me offering additional payment. Gentleman arrived and without fitting the AC just checked the condition after unboxing and completed the registration process. For this he charged Rs 650. I had to get the installation done thereafter after making additional payment to a local AC technician.

Nice cooling and low noise due to inverter technology.

Very poor service, my pcb card got damaged within 14 months of purchase and they have already taken 7 days and there is no reply from the service team . Will never buy from this company again

Looks to be a good sturdy product. Compared to other Window ACs, makes lesser sound.

Did a lot of research before buying this product. I'm satisfied with the cooling quality and the usp is the air throw. It's keeping my 275 sq feet room cool. Can't ask for more

Till now it's working very good in my hall.It's 50 degree out there. And this cool my 250 sq feet hall in half an hour. Very happy with my purchase

The AC is not noisy, and has a good build quality.Till it works fine it is good enough but if you need to claim warranty, (my AC started smelling weird within just 15 days) the service of Blue Star is really pathetic. Later when the technician came, he identified the fault to be in the socket, which had burnt.The call center quickly gives a complaint number and then no one contacts you for several days.Also the AC doesn't work with any online remotes. So this is not Value for money at 35K.
