Metric open end with ratchet box end wrenches
I wouldn’t call this a professional set but the quality is quite good, especially for around $20. Super nice hard chrome finish over high quality steel. The wrenches fit the nuts perfectly and do not bend or give. The box ratchet only needs 5* movement to tighten or loosen a nut or bolt. It’s a fine tooth ratchet so it won’t stand up to full torque, but the most expensive wrenches won’t either. Just draw your nut or bolt up with the ratchet and finish torquing with the open end. The allen wrenches are a bonus.

Pay attention to what you get
I should have paid better attention but the set does not include several sizes that I use. So in my opinion it is not a incomplete set.
