Shipment was fast, and it does contain some type of blue/green substance that smells fishy. A search of the miracle ingredient phycocyanin shows great promise in the area of cancer treatment and homeostasis. I've taken a few bottles now at more than the recommended dose, and it does show a little endurance, recovery & anabolic activity.But the 300x muscle gain as promised on the label is clearly a tall tale, short of some obscure re-definition of what muscle gain in humans is all about. Further the labeled 800mg of Phycocyanin in each capsule is going to be hard to achieve as each capsule only contains 200mg of raw material alone....lol.Lastly, my most recent batch seems to affect me negatively as if I'm eating shellfish. We don't know the source of this Spirulina, but it's been common knowledge that Chinese origin product might contain heavy metal contamination. I suspect Mercury in my case, although admitted very un-scientific. Time to look elsewhere.
