It is a good size, easy to understand and shipped in a cylinder, and in a triangle cylinder box. It is not too huge, but a good size. I got this for my mother for her to work on the daily stretch routine. It is clear instructions, and laminated. I am happy with the purchase.

I am a PE teacher and I taped this poster in my gym. We work on different stretches each day and identifying the muscle groups that they are working on so this poster is helpful to them.
