These work! I’ve been taking for 3 weeks and I’m down 8 pounds. My appetite is less, no sugar cravings, and I feel great. Less bloated too! At 55 I’ve tried many things that don’t work but there’s something different about this product. I’ll continue taking!

I don't think it works as well as the one I was taking before (which was out of stock), but I think each individual will have different results. I;ve done some research and will order something different again next, until I find what works best for my bowels, etc.

I had a bad reaction to this product within a week of starting it. Continued for another week then had to stop. Severe bloating, nausea, heartburn and very gassy. Abdominal pain. Amazon will not let me return the product. How would I know in advance if I would have a bad reaction?

Could this really be why my glucose is averaging 10 points lower than previously! I'm really pleased so far and look forward to having my a1C tested in a couple months. If that is also back down to where I want it I will be a customer forever!
