Good product, Rapid delivery.
Stumbled across this product a while back and following some of my own research and thought I would give it a go. Essentially it helped increase my energy levels, but not the kind of kick you would get from coffee, which lasts 30 mins followed by “coffee withdrawal”. The magnesium citrate gave me an overall energy, which I felt provided me with an extra step to crack on with my day.Accidently found Fortress Health on Facebook and had a look on their online portal, and saw they stocked the product. Rapid delivery, no nonsense.

Brilliant supplements from a genuine source.
Looked into getting this supplement as not being a meat eater it's important to make sure I get a good supply of minerals and vitamins from other sources.The packaging is great quality and when looking into the brand, the reasoning behind the combinations of the supplements and focus on the range they offer seems to be very well researched and with a great personal touch.Feels great to have a focus on parts of my health I may not normally look into and of course it comes next day which is great.

Tablets are too big
I have no major problems with these tablets apart of the size. They are massive, there is not way I can swallow it...I just brake it in pieces before taking kit. Surely this is not right? Am I the only one having this problem? Flavour is fine and effect is good (I take it for water retention and constipation and works fine).

Hmmm... I really wanted to write a great review, but having gone through my first bottle (I ordered 2), I really can't say I'm noticed any change in my mood, sleep or energy levels. Shame, as the reviews I have read a great, however for me, it's a no. The pills are pretty big, so some people may find them off-putting.

No More Menopausal Night Sweats!

Massive tablets
Huge tablets are very difficult to swallow without cutting or powdering them. A little common sense was required here as to the ability to manage something of this size.. I am unable to use them.

These are like horse tablets absolutely enormous way bigger than normal capsules. Impossible for me to swallow so a complete waste of money.
