I have tried many many back braces over the years and this by far is my favorite. Easy to use and give the best support. I have dealt with chronic back pain for the past 25 years. This brace helps a lot and allows me to continue living a somewhat normal life. If you're looking for a brace to give you extra support. I would definitely recommend giving this a shot.

Initially the belt provided good support. After about 1 month, one of the Velcro straps stopped sticking and kept coming off. I would not recommend this product.

My problem with most back braces is that they're like weightlifting belts: they can be positioned "just right" so you don't flex at the wrong spot, but they don't have a lot of vertical coverage when you need wide support.This one, at almost a foot wide, means you don't have to overlap two braces like some of the others, and it isn't very expensive at all.

This brace is made of neoprene fabric that is stretchable and durable. Moreover, the mesh and perforated fabric on the back is breathable so as to ensure a comfortable wear. Stitching of this brace is good and it is quite wide. Its width is about 10 inches that can provide adequate coverage for the stomach and lumbar area.The brace has strong Velcro to firmly tied up. Moreover, it also has double layer compression wrap that can evenly distribute the compression and allows to adjust freely to gain the required additional support. In addition, this brace has 8 built-in vertical flexible steel springs to enhance 360° stronger support for the lower back. It also can reduce the pressure of disc and waist by providing firm and stable support. These can in turn relieve the pain. This brace also provides good protection against injuries for those carry power lifting training or perform heavy lifting works.Although it’s a bit big and bulky, it can help to relieve back pain, correct the posture and protect the back against injuries.
