Coffee Circle Limu Coffee tastes floral sweet, with an easy flight of chocolate notes. It is one of the best coffee tasted in the ethiopian region of Jimma in 2010. It was grown to over 1,900 metres high in deep green, small forest gardens. This ensures traditional craftsmanship and is at the same time maximum environmentally friendly. Both are very important. This Limu coffee is completely gentle on the stomach because it is roasted in the traditional roasting process for almost 20 minutes at about 200 oC. Because the longer you roast the coffee cherries at a corresponding low temperature, the more acids contained in the coffee are degraded. At the same time, the aromas can develop very well as long as the coffee is not overroasted. This guarantees the best possible taste. Coffee Circle About Yourself: Right. Good. We at Coffee Circle stand for hand-picked, ethiopian top coffee and believe in fair and transparent trade. Every year, we go to Thiopia, the country of origin, and choose the best beans of the current harvest ourselves. Our coffee is grown by ethiopian farmers in their own forest gardens, hand-picked and carefully processed - free from pesticides. Without the use of additives and in combination with the traditional roasting process, the special taste of our coffee is created. In addition to the fair shopping prices, we invest £1 per kilogram sold in development projects that we work together with local coffee makers. 100% of these donations flow into projects in the areas of education and health. So we combine extraordinary enjoyment with transparent aid.
