Worked so easy!
Add it into a cup of hot water and adjust it around your nose. It hardens exactly where you need it to and keeps your nose in place. No it doesn’t have glue but surgical tape or a bandaid can hold it in place.

Durable splint.
These are made of durable material and are made for post operative care as a splint. They came up as anti-snoring though, so just know it's for a splint. They will mold to the proper shape, but it takes some work. It needed to be held with medical tape.

So hard, but when heated up becomes very malleable
This review is for a Ziimaikery Thermoplastic Nasal Splints. These are of a hard plastic, trapezoid shaped. When placed in hot water that's 160° or higher these becomes very soft, malleable can bend, shape to your nose. Very supportive, protective. Tape in place

I wish I'd had these right after sinus surgery!
These come flat, but boil water, pour water into a wide cup or bowl, and drop in a splint, and it will soften so you can shape it. If I were to have another sinus surgery, I'd want to have a couple pre-shaped before surgery to fit over my nose after...not RIGHT after, but about 5 days or so after, when the nose is still crazy-sensitive but not dripping or bleeding. It'd help when I needed to wear glasses, and to protect my nose a bit from anything touching it, which is painful during healing. These splints can be washed as needed. You can use gauze under the splint and change the gauze, run alcohol over the splint, and reuse it.Directions did not come in the package delivered, but from the information in the Amazon post, I figured out how to shape these. The seller should include directions on paper with the actual product.

No instructions
Searched for snoring aids. Found these and ordered. Did not come with instructions.Looks like these are NOT designed to aid with snoring reduction/prevention, but are some kind of splint I guess. Why this product comes up when you search for anti-snoring devices is a mystery. Not what I was after and cannot recommend for those who suffer from snoring. Not sure how it works as a splint, but it probably does. Cannot recommend for snoring-related issues though.
