JWGripsoft Grooming Double Row Undercoat Rake

My big dog has a short but double coat. He sheds his undercoat twice a year and it is mayhem! I've tried various brushes, including a horse rake!! but they took forever.I honestly didn't believe this simple brush would be any better but oh my word, it's AMAZING. Gets out so much undercoat at each stroke it's a joy to use.My dog doesn't enjoy it as much as other brushes so I go a bit gentler as the teeth are hard but it's amazing. I'm sold!!

Read a lot of reviews for this type of comb/rake and wanted something that would suit a German Shepherd cross Husky as well as using it for my German Shepherd. Was really getting fed up of the great tuffs of undercoat on the floor and also sticking through my dogs hair, looking like a teddy bear losing his stuffing! This rake is great although I do feel that I need to go outdoors away from houses as so much undercoat comes away. I have tried a few others although this is my first 'rake' style tool. Managed before with a comb for undercoat hair for use with my GSD and also just using a brush but since having the new dog (the GSD x Husky) this tool is a must. Great tool and a great price too, also easy and comfortable to use. Still have a lot of hair around the house but after daily 'raking', it is a lot less. Just waiting for my GSD to start losing his undercoat so I can try it out on him also.

As a trainer and carer of many different dog breeds i have lots of brushes and have spent hundreds on a variety of tools, this double coated rake is designed specifically for double coated dogs and should not be used on single coats.It is an amazing game changer for loosening trapped undercoats for that time of the year and the best investment you will ever make for your dog.As for the few 1 star reviews left by those using on the wrong breed at the wrong time, incorrectly it is a shame no research was done… use on a dry double coated dog regularly and slowly don’t beat your dog either, use it as would a brush on your own head. If you receive a damaged brush send it back or contact amazon/jw simples 👀 this can happen with all products.

Even though the product arrived late, it was worth to wait. It is hands down the bust brush I have ever had. I have a large Siberian Husky that has a thick undercoat and usually doesn't like to be brushed. I was really surprised how easy the brush was getting all the hair out and my boy didn't mind it at all. We are both excited to use it now 😆

Easy to use my dog looks great

This is great, it is so much better than similar and single row combs that you have to try it to believe it.I thought my long haired GSD was well grinned but so much dead fur cane off as soon as I started using this. I wish I had it at the start of summer.Do be gentle as it can be painful for the dog but used sensibly it’s the best comb I’ve ever used.

The best dog brush I have ever used. My dog is a Anita husky mix so has 2layers of fur. This brush is amazing and unlike others is very easy to use, when the brush is full it just deposits the fur allowing you to continue brushing and not have to stop every 10 seconds to empty the brush.

I have a Siberian husky and a border collie and this brush is the most effective I have ever tried.Gentle on the dogs, they seem to enjoy it and the hair that comes away is unbelievable.The handle design is also extremely comfortable and we'll thought out.Couldn't be happier with my purchase.
