pros: i felt amazing going into workouts, does not change the taste when mixed with protein powdercons: (this is NOT a reflection of quality, more an fyi over a con) i bought this to actually have pre workout, and i dont like flavored powders so i thought i could just mix in with unflavored electrolytes - DONT do that, alone the taste is … not great, i WILL buy again, but i will buy a flavored version instead! my cabinet is packed with nutricost, i love this brand and their products!

I had high hopes for this fiber supplement, but it turned out to be one of the worst I’ve tried.🥤 Poor MixabilityIt doesn’t dissolve in water or juice no matter how hard you stir or shake. The grit just settles at the bottom, making it unpleasant to drink.👅 Awful TasteEven though it’s labeled “unflavored,” it definitely has a strong, unpleasant taste. It’s bitter and leaves a weird aftertaste that lingers.🪨 Gritty and Hard to SwallowThe texture is thick and chalky, which makes every sip a chore. It feels more like drinking wet sand than a smooth supplement.💸 Not Worth ItGiven how hard it is to mix, how bad it tastes, and how unpleasant the texture is, I definitely won’t be buying this again.Overall:I wouldn’t recommend this product at all. It tastes terrible, doesn’t mix, and is hard to get down. Spend your money on something better.

I have used a lot of fiber powders, this one mixes well and tastes pretty good. No complaints, take it everyday.

I love this brand, but this product doesn’t mix well. I’ve tried several different ways with several different liquids. It sits at the bottom of your cup. The taste is kind of bold It’s not a complete dealbreaker, but I will not purchase this again.

I thought that unflavored would mean that it would be flavorless or at least very minimal flavor but I was very wrong (no fault to nutricost just my own incorrect assumption). It tastes horrible - very sour and starchy. I mixed it with a lemonade packet but it was so overpowering that I couldn’t finish it. It does not mix well in water and leaves clumps even after using a shaker bottle. It might be fine in a smoothie but I would not recommend taking it any other way.I can’t speak to the effectiveness because I can’t get over the taste and texture.

It is advertised as soluble fiber. In what, pray tell, because it isn’t water. Some of the fiber components may be, but the bulk of the bulk doth not dissolve. However, misgivings about miscibility aside, it certainly does the job. Regular as an atomic clock. Some other atomic metaphor could also be invoked, were I to, “go there.”
