Lachaud Verjus 1L (Verjuice)

Excellent

Good quality, clear juice, the right level of acidity with yet some taste to it. What a big bottle, though. A litre is really large, certainly when you know that Verjuice gets cloudy at some point in time (within a year or two). I use it in a particular cocktail; so whether I will make it very often or I should have bought the smaller bottle which sounded too small. Could so with an intermediate bottle.
