Not a great product
Not a great purchase. The item had very minimal smoke coming out of shisha and the product also is very fragile and shaky. Was not at all happy and had to return the very next day I received the product

The media could not be loaded. Thank you for sending the item so quickly. Unfortunately, it has a defect, and I can provide video evidence if needed. The hookah does not sit securely on the glass base and may fall off. I kindly ask you to take appropriate action.

Do not buy this!
The media could not be loaded. I've owned multiple hookhas and this must be the worst I ever bought. It's very poorly made, extremely wobbly and there is no grip and seal on the bottom grommet. The shaft won't stay in place so there's no way it will actually work.

In reality it’s way more beautiful and works perfectly.It looks very decorative even when it is not being used.It's very easy to assemble and clean.We had a party recently and everyone really enjoyed it.Works great, no issues and all seems to a good degree of quality.Would definitely recommend it
