Arrived broken in the box — zero help from Amazon or seller Review: I ordered this Kohler commode and it arrived broken inside the sealed box. The damage was clearly from before delivery — shards and cracks right out of the packaging. I contacted both Amazon and the seller immediately, shared photos, and requested a replacement/refund. Neither side was willing to help or take responsibility. For a premium brand, this was extremely disappointing. The product quality (or packing) failed, and the support was even worse. I’ve wasted time, money, and effort disposing of a defective unit. Avoid this listing — the product is not in good condition and after-sales support is unresponsive. I will not buy plumbing fixtures from this seller again.

Good product . Little pricey but delivery and packaging was excellent. Base is little narrow hence giving one star less. Flush is excellent.
